Where do you deliver?
Currently we are sending our orders within West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, as we have fresh products like Kimchi, please send us Facebook message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for special arrangement.
**Updates on 18 Nov 2020 - Until further notice, we will deliver within *Klang Valley only* (excluding certain areas - please refer to the image below) due to delivery issues. For customers outside of coverage area, please order via our Lazada and Shopee. You can always reach out to us via email or Facebook messenger.

How long does it take for delivery?
Your order will be delivered via car/motor in batches or post depending on your address. Generally it will take 2~5 working days to reach your place depending on your area and also courier service company. For outside of Klang Valley, please bear in mind that we post only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for fresh items.
Please keep in mind that there might be delays during peak season (i.e. public holiday, festive season, sales season etc).
Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?
All deliveries will be done by the courier company and/or car/motor delivery in batches, customers are not able to choose a specific date and time for delivery.
However, you can check your shipment status using the tracking information provided via email once your order is fulfilled.
How much is the delivery fee?
We offer an affordable flat rate of RM 10 for all standard shipping within Peninsula Malaysia, which is inclusive of logistics fee, packaging, handling fee, and tax. You will get FREE delivery if you purchase RM 100 or above.

How can I check the shipment status?
You will receive the tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled. You can use the information given to track your shipment.
Do you provide self pickup service?
Yes. You can choose "Self Pickup" and choose the date and timing when check out. You can choose between Monday to Saturday 10AM~4PM excluding public holiday.
The item was damaged during shipment, can you replace it?
We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment. However, we will help on filing incident report to courier company. Depending on the respected courier company, refund may or may not occur.
