Where do you deliver?
Currently we are sending our orders within West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, as we have fresh products like Kimchi, please send us Facebook message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for special arrangement.
How long does it take for delivery?
We will process and ship out your order within 3 business days once payment is completed. Customer may use the tracking information given via email to check the precise delivery day. Standard delivery is usually within 2-3 business days depending on the courier company. (Some orders within Klang Valley will be arranged with Lalamove car/motor delivery service)
Please keep in mind that there might be delays during peak season (i.e. public holiday, festive season, sales season etc).
How much is the delivery fee?
We offer an affordable flat rate of RM 10 for all standard shipping within Peninsula Malaysia, which is inclusive of logistics fee, packaging, handling fee, and tax. You will get FREE delivery if you purchase RM 100 or above.
Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?
All deliveries will be done by the courier company and/or Lalamove car/motor delivery in batches, customers are not able to choose a specific date and time for delivery.
However, you can check your shipment status using the tracking information provided via email once your order is fulfilled.

You will receive the tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled. You can use the information given to track your shipment.
Do you provide self-collection service?
No, we do not provide self-collection service at the moment.
The item was damaged during shipment, can you replace it?
We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment. However, we will help on filing incident report to courier company. Depending on the respected courier company, refund may or may not occur.
